Snow Snake Ski and Golf  has been serving Michigan since 1949. The Brockway family owned and operated Snow Snake since 1957.  There are seven lifts serving  10 runs, including numerous terrain features, and a snow tubing park on 43 acres. The Resort is celebrating their 60th Anniversary season this winter. The ski season runs December through March, weather and skier traffic permitting. The area is just off US 127, between Clare and Harrison, MI.

Ski Facilities: 210 ft. vertical drop. 30% beginner, 45% intermediate, 10% advanced, 15% terrain park, 1 Triple chairlifts, and 4 rope tows.

Snowmaking: 50 snowmaking positions with a capacity of up to 1,000 gallons of water per minute... or 12" of machine made snow in a 24 hour period at temperatures of 20° F.

Ski Lodge: 5,500 square feet Bar & Lounge upstairs... Short Order Grill, Rental Shop, Ski Patrol First Aid Facility, Ticket, Ski School Lesson Center, Reception & Group Sales Upstairs.

Ski School Lesson Center: PSIA certified, 30 instructors, ski & snowboard lessons for all abilities - both group and private.

Rental Shop Equipment: 350 sets of skis, 100 junior skis, 110 snowboards with strap-in bindings and boots, 20 Snow Blades.

Terrain Park: Jumps, bumps, mounds, rails, table tops, boarders and skiers only.

Tubing: 2 Handle tows, 4 Tubing Runs, and 160 Tubes. Tubing Vertical Drop 100 ft., Longest run 750 ft.
